Generative AI Limitations:

• The AI-powered features of the NadiAI Platform may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading responses due to the inherent challenges of advanced AI models. This phenomenon, commonly known as "hallucination," can result in outputs that appear credible but lack factual basis.
• NadiAI may not always reflect the most up-to-date information, particularly for recent developments or fast-changing industries.

AI Assistant Integrations

NadiAI Offerings, including mcpsfdc and other MCP server products, may be accessed by or integrated with third-party AI assistants such as Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Copilot (Microsoft), Gemini (Google), and others. Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• NadiAI does not control, operate, or warrant the behavior of any third-party AI assistant.
• AI assistants may misinterpret user intent, select incorrect tools, generate inaccurate output, or take unexpected actions on Customer data.
• AI assistants operate based on their own models, training, and instructions, which are subject to change without notice by their respective providers.
• NadiAI is not responsible for any action, inaction, output, or consequence arising from a third- party AI assistant's use of any NadiAI Offering, including any read, write, modification, or deletion of Customer data.
• Customer is solely responsible for instructing, supervising, and reviewing the actions of AI assistants that have access to Customer's data through any NadiAI Offering.

Self-Hosted Products and Customer Infrastructure

Self-Hosted Products (including mcpsfdc) are installed and operated on Customer's own infrastructure. NadiAI has no operational visibility into, or control over:

• Customer's deployment environment (servers, containers, networks, storage);
• Customer's Salesforce organization configuration, sharing model, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, or automations;
• OAuth connections established by Customer's end users, including the scopes granted and the data accessible through those scopes;
• End-user actions taken through AI assistants connected to the Self-Hosted Product;
• Customer's backup, recovery, disaster, or business-continuity processes.

Customer is solely responsible for: (i) securing its deployment environment and network; (ii) managing Salesforce and other third-party credentials; (iii) configuring appropriate access controls, sharing rules, and permission sets; (iv) backing up Customer data prior to any production deployment; (v) testing all features in a sandbox or non-production environment before production use; and (vi) reviewing any tool that performs write, update, or delete operations before authorizing its use.

Write Operations and Data Modification

Certain NadiAI Offerings, including specific tools within mcpsfdc, may perform write, update, or delete operations against Customer's Salesforce organization or other connected systems. Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Salesforce does not provide a native undo function for most data modifications.
• Operations performed through NadiAI Offerings are real and may have immediate, irreversible effects on Customer's production data.
• NadiAI provides safety features (such as confirmation tokens for write operations) as guardrails, not as guarantees. Guardrails reduce but do not eliminate the risk of unintended data modification.
• Customer is solely responsible for backing up data prior to any operation that may modify it, reviewing each write operation before confirming it, and recovering from any unintended modification through Customer's own backup and recovery procedures.
• NadiAI disclaims any liability for data loss, corruption, or unintended modification, however caused, including through the actions of AI assistants, end users, or the NadiAI Offerings themselves. The limitation of liability in the Terms of Service (Section 12) applies in full.

User Responsibility:

Users are advised not to rely solely on any content or outputs provided through the Hub or NadiAI Platform for critical decision-making. Independent verification and consultation with qualified professionals are strongly recommended for matters of significant importance.

By accessing the NadiAI Hub, Platform, Self-Hosted Products, or any other NadiAI Offering, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to use the resources, AI outputs, and tools responsibly. NadiAI, Inc. disclaims any and all liability arising from: (i) the misuse of the information or tools; (ii) decisions made based on content or output provided through any NadiAI Offering; (iii) actions taken by third-party AI assistants accessing NadiAI Offerings; and (iv) any modification, corruption, or loss of Customer data. Customer's exclusive remedies and the limitations of NadiAI's liability are set forth in the NadiAI Terms of Service, including Section 12 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability).
