Self-Hosted Products (including mcpsfdc) are installed and operated on Customer's own infrastructure. NadiAI has no operational visibility into, or control over:
Customer is solely responsible for: (i) securing its deployment environment and network; (ii) managing Salesforce and other third-party credentials; (iii) configuring appropriate access controls, sharing rules, and permission sets; (iv) backing up Customer data prior to any production deployment; (v) testing all features in a sandbox or non-production environment before production use; and (vi) reviewing any tool that performs write, update, or delete operations before authorizing its use.
Certain NadiAI Offerings, including specific tools within mcpsfdc, may perform write, update, or delete operations against Customer's Salesforce organization or other connected systems. Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Users are advised not to rely solely on any content or outputs provided through the Hub or NadiAI Platform for critical decision-making. Independent verification and consultation with qualified professionals are strongly recommended for matters of significant importance.

NadiAI, Inc. disclaims any and all liability arising from: (i) the misuse of the information or tools; (ii) decisions made based on content or output provided through any NadiAI Offering; (iii) actions taken by third-party AI assistants accessing NadiAI Offerings; and (iv) any modification, corruption, or loss of Customer data. Customer's exclusive remedies and the limitations of NadiAI's liability are set forth in the NadiAI Terms of Service, including Section 12 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability).
